An expert-led eclipse experience at your chosen venue, created for clients, invited guests, employees or a private group. Astronomy Tours S.COOP combines safe observation, specialist solar instruments and clear scientific explanations, adapted to your audience and production needs.
ESSENTIAL OBSERVATION
A lead astronomer or science communicator guides your group through the eclipse, with additional staff and one or more professional solar telescopes sized to the agreed attendance. The experience centres on safe visual observation, explanations of the changing phases and questions from your guests. Certified eclipse glasses are provided for the contracted group. Guidance during totality applies only at a venue within the path of totality.
ECLIPSE LIVE
Everything in Essential Observation, with a robotised telescope, solar camera and acquisition computer. Live digital telescope images can be shared on one or more screens so the group can follow details together. Dedicated technical support keeps the imaging system running while the astronomer leads the experience. Screens and audiovisual arrangements are specified in the proposal.
PREMIUM ECLIPSE EXPERIENCE
Everything in Eclipse Live, expanded with complementary observing stations such as hydrogen-alpha, white-light and digital viewing, plus a reinforced scientific and technical team. A relaxed scientific gathering after the eclipse can accompany a brunch, cocktail or catering arranged by the host. Recording of key phases and a commemorative digital composition are included when weather and technical conditions permit. Premium includes expanded technical planning and an alternative educational programme for cloudy conditions.
DESIGNED AROUND YOUR EVENT
We assess the location, maximum attendance, language and programme before preparing a tailored quotation. Programmes can be scaled for groups of around 30–90 adults; other group sizes and arrangements can be discussed. Separate locations or independent programmes require separate assessment. Travel, team accommodation and logistics are specified for your venue.
VENUE AND PRODUCTION
The venue needs safe access for equipment, stable observation areas, adequate solar visibility and sufficient setup time. Digital packages require suitable power and shaded screen-viewing arrangements. Large LED screens, special structures, generators, tents, catering, drinks and exceptional logistics are included only when expressly stated in your quotation.
WEATHER AND AVAILABILITY
Direct eclipse visibility cannot be guaranteed. Live imaging also depends on solar visibility and normal technical operation. The programme, educational alternatives and weather arrangements are agreed before booking. Staffing, equipment and requested language are subject to confirmed availability. Total or partial visibility depends on the exact venue.
