This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.juststargaze.com, operated by Astronomy Tours S.COOP (CIF F22605646), based in Cartagena, Murcia, Spain.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are prepared manually at our off-grid facility in Cartagena.

Processing time: up to 3 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative, refund, or delayed shipment according to your preference.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
We currently ship from Spain using Correos, Correos Express, or trusted courier partners, depending on the destination and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain: 2–5 business days after dispatch
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local holidays, or courier delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location, total weight, and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.
Tracking and Confirmation
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and depend on local regulations. We cannot control or predict these additional costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will open a claim with the courier.
Once confirmed, we will resend or refund your order as appropriate
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, you may be asked to cover the cost of reshipping.
Returns Related to Shipping
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package, it will be returned to us.
Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs once the package is safely received and inspected.
